Every Ethel Vibes creation is handcrafted and often custom-made—designed just for you. That means:  
- Returns are not accepted for custom pieces once they’re made  
- But if your item arrives damaged or defective, we’ll make it right. Just contact us within 3 days of delivery with photos and details

Custom orders are personal and unique—once crafted, they’re yours. We don’t accept returns or exchanges for custom designs unless there’s a genuine issue with damage or delivery.
